Aghh! Zine is a zine created in the heart of Brighton and was created as a safe space to discuss and investigate ourselves, society and subjects that are taboo or not mainstream. We also aim to give a platform for new voices and easy access to publishing opportunities with a focus on queer, BIPOC and other underrepresented communities.
Anti Raids Brighton are a community defence group organising to support migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in Brighton & Hove. Resisting racist immigration raids through education, training, mutual aid and direct action.
Artie is a queer, trans and disabled artist. They use mixed media methods to upcycle old materials into new, affordable art pieces with marginalised communities in mind. Inspired by the Riot Grrrl ethos combined with queercore pinterest board aesthetics.

BASE Infoshop is a not for profit collective and part of BASE social centre in Easton. Our aim is to contribute to the spreading of radical ideas and action through the distribution of radical and progressive political, anti-capitalist and anarchist literature. We will have books, zines, stickers, posters, t-shirts, faraday bags and other anarcho-goodies available for you! We want to make radical publications affordable and accessible so everything in the infoshop is priced with this in mind and have a range of zines available on a donation basis. Dog Section Press is an anti-profit publisher of seditious literature. We aim to keep our print publications as affordable as possible and all of them are also available to read online for free.
Feminist Fightback are a feminist collective that aims to create an explicitly anti-capitalist space within the feminist movement and strengthen specifically socialist, anarchist and anti-capitalist feminist voices within left wing political organizing. We also aim to provide an organizing space for self-identifying women, non-binary people and anyone in need of feminist solidarity
Less Than 500 Press is a Canterbury-based small press producing poetry books (dealing with work, mental health, and life in general), and a variety of affordable photography / travel / art / satirical /political / cultural detritus zines, as well as titles exploring voices, narratives and the authority of the printed word. They also carry a variety of work by other artists including, Aghh! Zine, Probability Books, Section K Press and others.
Minor Compositions is a publisher of books and media drawing from autonomous politics, avant-garde aesthetics, and the revolutions of everyday life.
No Sweat is a grassroots, anti-sweatshop campaign group that builds solidarity among workers’ worldwide.
The Old Moles Collective as a small discussion group that has been self publishing our own writings on Marx and working class struggle. We are not a political group as such but we do follow left communist politics. Our books are printed professionally and we sell our books at bookfairs at reduced prices.
Radical Poster Collective, a non-profit collective, was set up in 2022 and now has a website displaying nearly 300 radical posters, with biographical info about the artist and the historical context. We have posters from a wide range of social and revolutionary movements including chartists, Spanish Revolution and Civil War, Paris May ’68 etc. We print over 150 poster designs and have published several books about the posters. Pirate Press has been around since the 1980s, and has recently had a resurgence, focusing on anarchist themed games and revolutionary history books.
Sinoist Books is a UK-based independent press that publishes only the best in translated Chinese literature and contemporary fiction. Our mission is to act as a bridge between the Chinese and English-speaking worlds, so that the best Sinophone authors and their works can transcend the language barrier.
