We are a small group of punks and anti-fascist football supporters of Clapton Community FC, a fan-owned and run football club in Forest Gate. Our activities are focused on promoting football as an inclusive, democratic, and anti-fascist activity through the model of self-ownership and a DIY ethos, and through our love of punk. We do things like put on gigs as fundraisers for local, national, and international causes. Recently, we've raised funds for a local women's refuge and for Gaza Sunbirds, a paralympic cycling team in Gaza. We also organise banner displays at matches to show solidarity with causes clause to our heart, as varied as commemorating the death of Anna Campbell, promoting West Papuan Independence, and against the monarchy. We want to tell people about our football club as a model of what football could and should be, and promote some of our upcoming gigs and other events.
