I am launching Story Works on September 19th. This will also be the launch of its first publication, 'Stories That Help - courage and hope in difficult times'; this is a book of four suites of short stories under headings of Earth, Love, Resistance and Peace. Story Works has several themes. Story telling is a source of resilience, remembering and emboldening. We can all learn it. Facts and narratives are not enough - there is a need for other nourishment to sustain the work of remaking the world. Story can help us remember what the dominant culture wants us to forget. Every work published by Story Works is written to be read out loud. Currently there are six books in the publication queue.
